My mother came over from Italy when she was 8 years old. She’s the person who I give all my credit for success through my love and appreciation of food. From growing up, eating Nonna Pina’s Kitchen, I have developed love and passion for true farm to table cooking.

Fresh ingredients and naturally leavened dough have become my new passion. My goal is to bring my experiences from the table growing up, to people who truly love authentic pizza and fresh foods from the garden.

Our Story

We are passionate about our naturally leavened dough. Our process starts with this sourdough and ends with a gentle touch of imported olive oil. All of our pizzas are put together with the best ingredients possible…from the sauce & cheese to the oil. We use true Neapolitan cooking process with that sourdough bite.

Our classic Nonna Pizza, a soft airy dough but also a crunch on the outside. Built with a classic tomato sauce and fresh ricotta cheese, plenty of herbs, finished with cold pressed olive oil.

We come from first generation families with traditions brought over from Italy. We are looking to bring Rochester the most fresh & delicious pizza!
